Excellent WiFi coverage was a real bonus for us.
The receptionist was quite rude when we raised concerns about our dangerous suite with steep stairs. It took multiple discussions to finally move to our pre-booked room due to the broken bed. The overall attitude of some staff left us feeling unwelcome.

Unexpected upgrade made our stay
Our stay began with a good surprise. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and even upgraded to a swim-up suite, perfect for leisurely dips. The food was amazing, especially at the Tai Pen restaurant where the flavors were authentic and service perfect. Evenings spent at the vibrant Daphne bar added to the fun.

Short, sweet, and to the point
Everything was perfect! The lunch service at the pool was good, catering excellently to a gluten-free diet. We enjoyed a clean room with a fine sea view. The pools were beautiful, and the room service at 3 a.m. was really good. Can't wait to go back!

The pools were fine and spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. Unlike our previous visits to belek, this time the food options were diverse, especially the delicious turkish night.

Lovely family getaway!
The staff were super friendly and, especially the animation team who were great with the kids. The beach bar was my fave spot to chill. Just wish the pools were warmer. They were a bit chilly for our baby.
